Our lives are multi-faceted, many different areas and competing prioritize. Setting goals are important to ensure you are working towards where you want to be. Goals allow us spend our time well, our energy and resources. By setting goals in all the important areas of our lives, we can make sure we are living our lives with clear direction and purpose.
Before you set your goals, you need to see where you currently are in your life in each area of your life. A huge part of goal setting is knowing where you are now so you can see how far you progress. Use this assessment by Zig Ziglar– Wheel of Life to give you a numerical value in each area of your life. Here are goals and habits for you to implement in your wheel of life.
Physical
Goals in the physical category can help you focus on your health, stay active and take care of yourself.
- Exercise or move your body for 30 minutes a day
- 6,000-10,000 steps per day
- Take vitamins daily
- Drink 3L of water daily
- Go to the doctor for a check-up frequently
Spiritual
Set goals for your spiritual life to build your relationship with God and care for others.

- Set aside time weekly to pray for people in your lives, your neighbourhood and the world

Mental & Intellectual
Spend time reflecting on how you’re feeling and take the right steps to ensure you are taking care of your mental wellbeing.

Financial
Create strong financial habits to invest and spend your money wisley.
